The Academy

The MFA campus sits on a 12 acre site adjacent to the Malacca International Airport which offers convenient and direct access to the runway. Commercial flights operating into and out of the Airport are such that adequate access is given to us to conduct the required training flights and disruptions are rare. In accordance with the strict requirements of the CAAM, no more than 20 cadets per batch are accepted each time, and on average one batch is recruited every 2 months.

Moving forward airlines are required by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to hire new pilots who are also diploma/degree holders. To help our cadets achieve this MFA is actively looking to collaborate with a local institution of higher education to enable our cadets to graduate with both a licence as well as a diploma/degree.

Why Choose MFA?

At MFA we understand the value of meeting industry needs and expectations in a consistent manner. We continuously engage with airlines and industry specialists to proactively keep ourselves abreast with any new gaps, requirements and expectations which, due to the nature of the industry, are constantly changing and evolving. Adopting a pro-active approach enables MFA to continuously introduce improvements in the syllabus offered.
